Ads thatdon't looklike ads.shot on a phone, on purpose
I'm Theo. I make short videos for brands that feel like a friend's recommendation, because that's what stops the scroll. You get the raw footage, the hooks and the edits, ready to run.
01the first three seconds
The hook machine.
The first line decides whether anyone watches the rest. Tell me what you sell and how you'd like to come across, and here are three ways I'd open.
What are we selling?
Which angle?
02thirty seconds, six beats
Scrub the storyboard.
Every video I make is planned on paper first. Drag along the timeline or press play to see how a 30-second ad is built.
03one shoot, every placement
Framed for every feed.
I shoot wide and frame for vertical first, so one day of filming covers stories, feeds and YouTube. Switch the format, and turn on the safe zones to see where the app's buttons will sit.

A starting price and a delivery date, worked out as you go. Every project starts with a 15-minute call, so this is a guide, not a contract.

05behind the camera
Ex-barista, full-time filmer.
I spent six years making coffee and talking to strangers, which turns out to be the best training for talking to a camera. In 2022 a coffee brand paid me for a video I'd made for fun. Two hundred videos later, I still film everything in my flat with one phone and a window.
Hey, it's Theo. Send me the product and the one thing you want people to remember. I'll send back three hooks before I film anything.
A voice note. On a real webfolio, it's the creator's own voice.Do you post on your own account?
Not by default. UGC means the video is yours to post. If you want it on my account too, that's whitelisting.
How many revisions?
Two rounds per video. Most brands use one.
Do I need to send the product?
Yes, I only film things I've used. Apps and services just need a login.
Who writes the script?
I do, from your brief. You approve the hooks before I film.
