If you're not happy within 30 days of paying, write to hi@webfolio.live and we'll refund you in full, minus the domain fee (if you brought a domain you already own, there's no domain fee to keep back). You don't need a reason, though we'd love to hear one so we can do better.
Spotlight and Supernova. Ask within 30 days of your payment and we refund the full price, minus the domain fee.
Always On. Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it, minus the domain fee, and cancel your plan so you're never charged again. After that, the 12-month minimum applies, and payments for months that have already passed aren't refunded.
Business plans (Launch, Grow and Signature). Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it, minus the domain fee, and end the plan. After that, the 12-month term applies.
Year two renewals. If a yearly renewal charge comes and you'd rather stop, write within 30 days of that charge and we'll refund it and close your plan, minus that year's domain renewal.
We register your domain the moment you pay, and the registry doesn't give that money back. The fee is what we paid to register your domain (for most .com names, around $10 to $20 a year), and we'll tell you the exact amount. In return, the domain stays yours: we'll transfer it to you whenever you ask.
Email hi@webfolio.live from the address you paid with, and tell us your name and your domain. A real person will reply, usually within one business day.
We send the refund within 5 business days of your email. It goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days after that.
Once you're refunded, we take your webfolio offline and close the email inboxes at your domain, so please save any mail you want to keep first. Your domain stays yours: we'll transfer it to you, or keep it parked until its year is up.
If someone gave you a webfolio, the refund goes back to the person who paid for it.
Referral bonuses are paid only after the 30-day refund window has passed, so a refunded order doesn't earn a bonus.
