the small print
Prices are shown on each page and charged in US dollars through Stripe. Spotlight and Supernova are one-time payments. Always On is billed monthly with a 12-month minimum, then you can cancel any time. Business plans (Launch, Grow and Signature) run on a 12-month term and then continue month to month.
From your second year every plan costs half: Spotlight $250 a year, Supernova $350 a year, Always On $25 a month, and business plans $50, $100 or $150 a month. This covers hosting, security updates, your domain renewal, your email inboxes, small updates and live support.
Plans include email inboxes at your own domain: 2 with Spotlight, Always On and Launch, and up to 5 with Supernova and Grow (Always On for the Legacy Webfolio also includes up to 5). Signature includes up to 10. Business plans also include a CRM for keeping track of your clients.
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of paying by writing to hi@webfolio.live. We refund you in full, except the domain fee, because your domain is already registered for you. It stays yours, and we'll transfer it to you. The refund policy has the details for each plan.
Always On has a 12-month minimum, and business plans a 12-month term. After that, cancel any time by writing to hi@webfolio.live, and you won't be charged again. If a plan ends or a renewal isn't paid, we take the webfolio offline and close its email inboxes, and we'll still transfer your domain to you when you ask.
We register your domain in our account and look after its setup and renewals for as long as you're with us. It's yours: ask and we'll transfer it to you.
The stories, photos and words you give us remain yours. You give us permission to use them to build, host and look after your webfolio. Please only send us things you have the right to share.
Every customer gets a referral link. When someone pays through it, you earn 20% of what they pay. For Always On, the bonus is paid once they complete their first 12 months. Bonuses are paid by PayPal or Wise once the 30-day refund window passes. You only earn on people you refer yourself, never on their referrals.
We won't build or host anything illegal, hateful, misleading or harassing, or anything that uses someone else's words, photos or name without their permission. If we have to turn a project down for that reason, we'll refund you.
We work hard to keep every webfolio online, safe and backed up, but no website can promise to be up every minute. If something goes wrong on our side, we'll fix it as fast as we can. Our responsibility to you is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months.
